At Ometa, the Senior Project Manager has a very important role. This person is the link between
the development team and the customer. You follow up projects from start to end. This for new
and existing projects. Our customers are high-end companies in Belgium, Netherlands and abroad.
Our desired candidate works in a structured way and can make clear agreements with customers and
with our development team. The demand of the customers is identified and you will convert this
towards a distinctive project plan. Customer focus and an analytical mind are vital for this
function. You guard all procedures during the project execution. The responsibility of a good
project delivery is your ultimate goal. You guide and motivate everybody that is involved in the
project. You want to achieve the desired result. You have optimal communication skills and you
have a clear drive. Ideally, you are experienced with production environments and company
processes.
